Clear your mind

If we were to wipe all thoughts and clear all air from our lungs wouldn't it be wonderful to start a day with a new breath and mind set?
Well then let's do it!!
15 minutes meditation in the morning will guide you all day long, will keep you away from negative thoughts, misconception of situations and will lead you towards what's real around you. It will mirror your positive energy to people in your atmosphere.
Be the magnet for good, be the ray of sunshine in your life to your family, children and friends, be the one people want to be around :)
